PRINTS
To order prints, specify your “client name,” and the “file name# ” (which you will find under each photo on your web page.) Include the size & quantity you would like for each print. For now, you will have to email your order to Photos@NLFord.com. We do not release high resolution images or allow our photographs to be printed by anyone else.
DIGITAL IMAGE PURCHASES
We can provide you with low res, watermarked, web-ready images for PERSONAL use on social media or your website. If you order more than $20, in prints of that image, there is no charge. Otherwise there is a $35 retouching fee to cover our time for processing. We do not release any image for publication that is not properly processed and edited. If we find that any image requires excessive retouching, you will be notified ahead of time that we will need to charge you more than $35.
LICENSING IMAGES FOR NON-PERSONAL USE

| Christmas/Greeting Cards Our greeting cards are one sides photographic prints and envelopes are included. There is a minimum order of 25 per design. Base design fee is $25.00. You will be notified if the design you request will require and additional fee based on complexity of design. | ||

All orders over $75.00 require a 50% deposit. If you will not be picking up your order, please include and additional $7.00 for shipping. Your photos will arrive Priority Mail via USPS.

You may also order online and pay with PayPal. You must add appropriate sales tax for your area of delivery and add in a 3% Paypal fee.
If you are having your order shipped to you, please add please email us for your shipping total. Please allow up to 3 weeks for delivery. Shipping costs are not included in price. All items are shipped USPS, priority mail. Add the appropriate sales tax from your area to the total of your order.
If you need to rush your order, please e-mail us to make arraignments. There is an additional fee for rush orders and overnight shipments.
Why I do not give out digital images so you can print yourself at Walmart:
- This is my art. It has my name on it. I want the color and quality to be perfect.
- My prints need to have my copyright stamp on them to prevent unlawful use.
- We use our own lab to control the quality of output. We are calibrated to our lab to insure correct color and consistency.
- In photography, the term “archival quality” suggests that prints are durable and chemically stable. The lab we use has the latest printing technology and prints your photos on a high-quality photographic paper. (Resin-coated, silver-halide color paper optimized for digital printers, not inkjet or thermal printing) Your prints will last for hundreds of years, unlike Walmart.
