On May 31, 2020 a rally was held in Utica, NY to protest against the May 25th death of George Floyd at the hands of Minneapolis police officers. While other protests around the state and the country turned violent, the Utica rally remained peaceful. The protest started at Kemble Park, followed by a walk to Oneida Square where speakers delivered their message to the diverse group that gathered.
