Nancy L. Ford Photography is based out of beautiful Franklin Square in the heart of downtown Utica, NY. Designed for client comfort, each section is equipped with work areas and amenities that create a comfortable, stress-free environment.
The facility includes 2 studios, each with a 19′ wide infinity (cyc) wall, dressing rooms, and client lounge area. With 2800 square feet of space, there is room to spread out so photographers, art directors, production crew, talent, agency and client are not tripping over each other and can find a quiet nook to work privately when necessary.
Studio A features a white cyc wall with an in-studio make up/hair stylist counter. Studio B features a chroma green cyc wall that is lit with 7 LED lights that are permanently installed and are turned on with a flick of a switch.
The studio is stocked with many convenient amenities including a full kitchen, WiFi, office supplies, carpenter tools, ladders, ramps, apple boxes, sand bags, iPhone chargers, coffee, water & other soft drinks.

Both studios have access to a kitchen, private work areas and are walking distance to many unique, american and ethnic restaurants and hotels.
In addition to her own video projects, Nancy rents out Studio B by the hour, day or month to working, insured professionals. Also available for a small fee are extra LED continuous lighting, White Lightning strobes, softboxes, umbrellas, scrims, light stands and other modifiers as available.
All renters must provide a current & valid Certificate of Insurance upon booking the studio. Nancy L. Ford Photography will not be held liable for any unexpected environmental noise that may affect sound recording, but we will refund your fee for any hour you are unable to record.
STUDIO RENTAL RATES
Day Rate: $400
1-2 hrs: $75 per hour
3+ hrs: $50 per hour
